Shipping

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses available at checkout.

Rates

Shipping is $4.99 on orders under $75.

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more and is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

Production time

Each item is made for your order rather than pulled from a shelf. Production generally takes 2–7 business days. Large orders, stock issues, quality checks, holidays, and other high-volume periods can take longer.

Transit time

After an order ships, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. The carrier and route can vary. Tracking is sent by email when it becomes available.

Production and transit together generally take about 4–12 business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple items

Items may arrive in separate packages, especially when they are produced by different fulfillment partners. When this happens, tracking may be issued separately. We will not add another shipping charge after checkout.

Delays

Production and carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, inventory issues, quality checks, and carrier backlogs can add time.

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the stated production timeframe, we will email you with a revised ship date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund. If a carrier delay occurs after shipment, contact us and we will help investigate it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing your order and contact us immediately if something is wrong. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters production.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery or return, additional production and shipping charges may apply. Contact us and we will review the available reshipment or refund options with you.
